Double Hung double coil replacement assembly

Question

Looks like a double coil assembly, the pivot shoes do not look replaceable? No identifying numbers anywhere. This is the only window this size in our home. All the others are the same manufacturer but different sizes.

These are compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance Springs. To confirm which coil spring you need, check for a stamp on the metal coil that will help you select the stamp strength. For example, your coil might be stamped with something like a 7 or 740. This would mean you'd need the S190-740 which can hold 7lbs.

Be sure to check for the stamps on both of your coils. The compatible support clip for these coils is the 15-181. You may also need the 15-182 balance bushing and 33-073 screw.
