parts hold the window in place (bottom) as you tip out to clean. 2 screws hold in place on window and end holds into frame

This part is called a pivot bar. Yours looks like a ton of different kinds they've made over the years, but I can't say for sure which based on a broken part. For now, look at our 26-226 and compare its dimensions to your originals to confirm that it will work. Take special note of the hole placement. Those are by far the most important mesaurements.
