Double Hung weatherstripping on bottom of top sash

Quick Learner from Cumming, GA
I'm trying to find a replacement for weatherstripping found on bottom of top sash which you can see has deteriorated on one of the windows. I bought these about 12 years ago at Lowe's. These are their windows that were manufactured in North Carolina. The weatherstripping is attached to the outside of the sash. Also, how would I remove the existing and install the new one if you can give me a suitable replacement.

Thanks, Josie

P.S. I'm the homeowner and can usually do simple repairs myself.

Hello, Josie.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not able to ID what you may have here. The best way for me to do so is if you can remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile. You should be able to pull it out but it may be a bit difficult since it seems to be worn.

Here are two pix of the weatherstripping from bottom of top sash. One shows the weatherstripping as it would sit on the window sash; it should be a small strip that has adhesive that makes it stick. The other shows the end profile as you requested.

Thx, Josie

This appears to be damaged so I'm not sure exactly how this installs or what you may have. However, our 58-053, 58-182, and 58-171 come to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

We also offer samples so let me know if you'd be interested in that! Note, you would have to pay for shipping.

Thank you Emily for all your help on my window issue. Since I wasn't able to determine if any of your weatherstripping suggestions would work, I decided to go to Lowe's where I purchased the window 18 yrs ago. I was able to order the weatherstripping for the Reliabilt window which they make exclusively for Lowe's. It was no charge. Amazing...You were great with your customer service.
