Double Hung window Tilt latch right side

Question

The windows were installed as replacements, previous owner had them installed.
These were the type they cut out old window and glue new windows in than out side is wrapped in Aluminum.
The only information I found on the windows is a gold sticker

I searched google and could not find this tilt latch. I am hoping you can help me out. Kerry

I would start by looking at our 26-391 and 26-390. These look close, but it will ultimately depend on your dimensions. See what you think.
