Double Key Possibility?

I am trying to find a lock for my sliding patio door that can be used as an access door. I need a lock that is key lockable from both the inside and outside. I have searched and have not found a product that can do so.

-My question is, is there a double sided key lock?
-If not, can two locks of the 82-086 be purchased, take two of the keyed locks with handles, and somehow securing the two pins to turn each other? Thereby the lock can be opened and closed via key from both the outside and inside.

Unfortunately, we can not supply a handle set that is key locked on the insides and outside. This would be a safety and possible fire hazard. Please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
