Double Mortise Lock Question

I believe this is the same part, However; the only measurement that doesn't match is the actuator hole.  Mine seems to be 4 1/4 instead of 4 3/4.

Hey there. Not to worry, I think I know what the difference in measurement is here. That second hole about your actuator slot that is empty, is actually a second actuator in our 82-239. You are in fact, measuring your mortise lock upside down from how we measure ours. I had one of my colleagues double-check this: the measurement from that second actuator slot to the top of our mortise lock is indeed 4-1/4", thus matching what you have. Therefore I'm confident the 82-239 can work for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
