Double Wheelset for Closet Hanging Door - Broken Plastic Wheel

Quick Learner from USA
Please take a look at the enclosed photos of the subject wheelset. The wheelset is original to the house, circa 1962. It is aluminum with the markings "To Lower Door" around the adjusting screw and and the words "Pat. Pend." above an "LB" insignia. The "LB" insignia is inside a square box and located under the adjusting screw. The adjusting screw is mechanism on the other side of the screw has a plastic cover over it to hold the mechanism components.

The wheels are 3/4" diameter. The center to center distance between the wheels is 1 11/16". The center to center distance between the mounting holes is 1 5/8". The offset, from the outside face of the wheels to the outside edge of the plastic cover (i.e. on the opposite side of the adjusting screw), is 1 1/4".

Hopefully I have provided enough information. If you need anything further, please let me know.

I believe you have the old Lawrence Brothers 500 series closet door roller kit. Unfortunately, Lawrence is no longer in business and their hardware is not available. I would suggest replacing the complete track kit. Take a look at our 23-500; this is for a 4' wide opening. We also carry other sizes for you to choose from in that same section. See what you think!
