Double balance coil

Question

I'm needing a double balance coil for my customer. The size of the main body of the coil is approx. 4-1/16" x 1-1/4".
The thickness is around 9/16". There is also no stamp on either balance coil, only the patent number. All photos attached are of the coil that needs replaced.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like the 15-087. This is designed to use the S180 coil springs. You'll have to check the band of the spring for a stamped weight code. If there isn't one, you will need to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window.
