Double casement windor parts needed

Window hinge and slide disintegrated. Hinge channel ok. I would like to get channel, hinge. And slide for top and bottom, orig window was from Home Depot

Thanks bob, I also need the hinge itself which is at top and bottom and screws into window. Do you have the hinge .....,it was in one of the photos

Hm, I'm not sure I understand. To be clear, the 36-048 is the entire hinge set, both movable arms and base, that connects to the window.
