Looks like you have a 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Is there another way besides the stamping to find what size balance I need?

Sure, you could weigh your sash on a scale and divide that by how many springs support it. Otherwise reading the old stamp is your only option.
