I need 1/2" coils ( 2x 5lb and 2x 4lb) j-hook with a side notch above as per image

Actually, one of the shoe hooks is broken, so anything compatible?
Shoe is 1-1/4" W x 1-9/16" H x 9/16"D
Shoe is 1-1/4" W x 1-9/16" H x 9/16"D

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. This is a somewhat older coil balance assembly. We may be able to assist you, but before we can move forward I'll need a clear picture of the pivot shoe that the spring attaches to. If you can provide that, we can work from there. Thanks!

I actually purchased the 151 series and matching shoes. I used 2x 8lb coils and it works great ?
