Double coil spring balancer

Need replacement for both left and right coil spring balancers. 2 coil springs per side. Stamped on coils is a #5 (left coil) and #4 (right coil - snapped off). No other identifiers on any part. No identifier of window brand on window. Spring is 1/2" deep. Sash carrier is 1-1/4" wide x 1-1/2" tall x 1/2" deep.
