Double coil window balance

Hello, I have a broken coil balance. It says 16.5 on it. I'm struggling to remove the window from the frame. It's a pella window. I've included what I think is the serial # of the window. Thank you.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! We are currently taking a look into this to determine the best replacement options for your coil assembly. While we look into this, I'd just like to confirm if there is a plastic bracket used with your existing assemblies. It may still be in the window jamb.

Thanks again for your patience! We've received confirmation from the manufacturer that we are able to bring these balances in but they likely won't be available until October.

Yes, I think there is. I just uploaded two pics of the broken one and then the one on the opposite side that does work. Thank you again.

Thanks for confirming. That bracket appears to be a match for the 16-031 Mounting Bracket.
