Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-191 Pivot Shoe. This works with either 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance springs, or 3/8" wide Series 165 springs. You'll need to remove your old hardware and measure the spring width to see what matches best. Let us know if you have further questions.
