Double handle replacement

A home owner from Fort myers, FL says:
Current unit has handle inside and finger grip outside. 6 9/16? hole centers. Do you make a direct replacement with double handles? I need 3 units. Thank you!

Hello,

Your handle looks like our 82-002 but this type of handle only supports a pull like our 88-002 on the inside of the door because the original manufacture didn't want an outside pull to interfere with potential screen doors. Also, because these handles install in a large cut out in the door, there is no good way to install an alternate handle set with a handgrip on the outside.

The only way we've found to install a handle on the outside would be to drill new holes above the current handle set, being very careful not to hit the glass in the door, and mounting a new pull. We realize that it's not an aesthetically pleasing option but is the only alternative we've found. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Than you!
