Double handle/locking device for window

Question

2 handles are connected by a metal brace, both handles have a locking hook on the inside,  handles are 3 inches long, total device is about 20 inches long,  window outside dimensions are about 31 x 13inches

Hello! This lock is similar in design to our 38-036. I think this may be what you want but look it over and see if you agree.
