Double hook mortise lock for sliding glass door.

A quick learner from Valencia, California says:

The upper latch/hook has to be manually put up to set the lock. I believe the spring mechanism is damaged. Do you have the replacement part for this lock.

See the 82-239 mortise latch? It comes with a removable faceplate and its own keeper. Check the size of our part compared to yours. Is it the same thing?
