Looking for something to install that allows me to alter the height of window"s ability to be raise of lifted. I don't know if it's calleda stopper.u want to install it at a given height and be able to push the stop in which will allow me to lift the window higher or lower the top to clean

It sounds like you're looking for vent latches, which prevent the window from being raised past a certain point. If your window doesn't already have latches that serve this function, take a look at our 26-387 kit, along with the related installation video. Thank you!
