Double hung Wooden window springs system

Hello,

Bottom window won't stay up, so I'm looking to replace the metal spring system. The id number on metal rod reads: Pat. No: 2.888.719.

Are you anle to help find replacement parts?

Hello,
House built in 1960's with double pane window. Window springs will no longer hold window up . The ID number on metal part is: Pat. No: 2.888.719.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the naked spring jamb liner assembly shown in your photos. For wood windows, we suggest checking with a local millwork for replacement parts. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
