Hey, Ray. We can definitely supply this hardware. Looks like your shoe is the only broken part, so you could probably get away with just replacing that with our 15-180.

If you wanted the springs, though, then see our Series 190. This is the spring recommended for your style shoe.

Sure, the springs are just screwed on. Just unscrew them one at a time and they should come off easily. You can then screw the new springs on the new shoe and even reuse your old retainer clip.

Almost all of our coil balance replacement parts are sold separately for this reason. They're designed in such a way that you can reuse old hardware, assuming that old hardware is still functional.
