Double hung counter balance replacement

Question

Hello. I started trying to identify the counterbalance online but didn't see an exact match. This is a non tilting window, 1/2 inch channel, has 5 spools for pulley system. The metal is stamped with 26 4 CV CMC 1.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance is a match for either the S378-27, S380-27 or S385-27. You'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe to determine which of these is the correct series.

Our 2640 stamp should work in place of your 26-4 stamp. A pair will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.
