was originally white, Number 3 on underside left of cam in picture 281 attached, width is 1" with cam unlocked, 1 3/16" cam fully extended, and 1 1/8" fully locked, screw holes are 2 1/4' on center, the cam is 3/8" thick and 3/4" wide

Hello,
Your lock resembles our 90-300 but ours doesn't have the same alignment lugs as your original. The good thing is I don't think that'll be an issue and, if it is, you should be able to correct it by replacing your keeper with the one that comes with the 90-300. Take a look and see what you think.
