Double hung metal clad exterior wood interior windows that do not tilt

Hello,

I'm trying to replace a broken left side window lock on what i think might be a Weathershield window. Can you help?

There is a number on the bottom of the sash between the double panes of glass: L03021160020205.

Hi Ginger,

We'd be happy to help you find a replacement lock, but we'll need to see the entire top portion of the lock to find a replacement, as well as the distance between the screw holes. If you could take another picture form above the lock and send it over to us, we can go from there. Thank you!
