Double hung pivot post and socket

A quick learner from Ithaca, Michigan says:
The post broke on both sides now I can't have my wife open and close my windows, I can't remember the name of the company that installed the windows but they are out of business. I'm very mechanically inclined so I will be repairing these if I can find the proper parts.

This looks like a 15-175 Pivot Shoe, which is often used with either the 26-226 or 26-030 Pivot Bars. See if either of these match what you need.
