Double hung replacement

Question

I believe I need a new spring kit to replace the one in the photo! But not totally sure. The one picture wont move from this position.

Thanks for writing in. This might be our 15-192 Pivot Shoe, but you'll need to remove your old shoe from the jambliner to confirm this. If so, this shoe is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The Series 171 has a longer reach and stacks atop the Series 170, if two coil balances are used on each side of the sash. See the video below for details.
