Double hung sash balancer

I am trying to find the replacement part for Anderson double hung window balancer. There is a number 11600-17

Thanks for posting. It's a bit tough to read the numbers on the bottom tab but I believe I see a '737'. Please confirm. If so, this is a 24-737 Andersen Balance. It can replace Andersen balances with that '737' stamp. Take a look and let me know if you have questions.
