Double hung spiral balance broken

Question

I've recently noticed that the upper sash of my double hung window has no friction, and will fall to the bottom.
When I looked more closely, I noticed that the plasic piece that the balance attaches to is broken. I do not have any idea what manufacturer of window this is, but I need to get parts to replace it.

Thanks for posting. I am confident we have replacement spiral balances and pivot shoes that may work for you but I'll need a bit more information to confirm the correct recommendation.

I'll need to know the length of the plastic tube as well as if there are any stamps on the plastic. If there are, I'll need to see a photo of the stamp and I will also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. Please also confirm the diameter of the tube.
