Thanks for posting. I'd like a little more information to confirm what you're working with. Can you show me where on the window this part installs? You also say it holds the arm in place, but I am afraid I'm not sure what arm you're referring to for a hung window. If you could show me the mechanism in question that would help a ton.

Thank you! That's a huge help. I recognize what you need now. I believe you're looking for the 15-056 pivot retainer. This is commonly used with the 15-105 pivot shoe, which appears to be exactly what you have installed already.

Give the 15-056 a look and let me know if you had any questions!
