Side spring broken . Not sure what else I need to replace. Hoping for some type of repair/ replace instructions thank you

I'm afraid these numbers don't tell me what kind of balance that is. Can you show me a picture of the shoe or clip at the end of the cord? That will help us determine the best Series.

Thank you for the additional photos. Based on what you are showing us, it seems you may need our S751-29 ribbed channel balance with a 28HD option. Our 19-030 long s clip is a good replacement for the "S" hook you are showing. Take a look and get back to us with some thoughts.
