Hey there. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe and 15-181 Tandem Housing, along with 15-182 Drum. This system works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. For a springs tamped '427' you can use the S190-440 4 pound spring. Let me know if you have questions.
