I need the name of the plastic part to attach the metal "spiral balance pivot bar" please.

Thanks for posting! Your pivot bar and carrier look a lot like the 26-379 Pivot Bar Assembly. To confirm that this is the right replacement for your existing assembly, take a look over the dimensions and carefully compare them. These can be used for the left and right side of the sash.
