Double hung vinyl cam lock

I have to replace 20 of these plastic slider/cam assemblies. The metal spiral spring clips into the plastic slider. The springs are all fine, just the plastic part has deteriorated on all the south facing windows. They are 2" high X 1-1/4 wide X 5/8 thick.
You were able to supply an obscure storm door mortise lock for me in the past. Hoping you can help me here too.
