Double hung - vinyl window possible installed in 1996.

Question

When I opened the window, it simply fell out in my hands -OOPS!
Need to find replacement coil spring balances for both sides.

Thanks for posting! Looks like just the pivot shoe is broken. See our 15-180, I think this could work for you.
