Hey James. These look possibly like 15-233 Locking Shoes, just look over the dimensions and compare with an undamaged shoe to confirm. If you need the balances that that these shoes are fitted to, we can help with that too. We'll just need to see them out of the window, with pictures of any stamp codes on the metal channel.

Perhaps I can assist you. You might have a Great Lakes window that uses a custom ribbed balance S751-25 Channel Balance with a 15-233 blue locking terminal. The stamp option will be 24TG, for a window sash weighing 22 through 30 lbs. To remove the old balance, you will need to remove both sashes and gently pull the vinyl jamb liners from the window. Then you can slide out the balances. Please review, and if this seems right to you, we will write up a quote for you to order these balances. Just tell us also how many you require.
