This piece has broken off from the bottom of the window. The manufacturer is shutter craft.

I'm not sure if we carry an exact match for your damaged pivot bar but our closest options would be the 26-402 or 26-374. Compare both pivot pins to an undamaged version from one of your windows. We'll include the dimensions from our product pages below to assist you.
