This is the piece that fits into the plastic piece screwed into the side of the window that holds it in place and allows it to swing out for cleaning

I believe you are showing the metal cam of a pivot shoe. To further review, are you able to show us an undamaged version or show us the plastic piece that it is from? From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
