Double hung window balance

I need two plastic jamb spreaders. I already purchased a few #15-192 parts.
Also it looks like I can attach the old spring on to the new 15-192 with a screw?
Or do I need to buy the entire assembly?

Thanks for posting. Sounds like you bought 15-192 Pivot Shoes, which work with Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. Coil Balance systems are modular, meaning you only need to replace individual components that are broken. If your old springs are undamaged, you should be able to reuse them with the new shoe without issue.

You can order the 75-069 through our online store; however, you might be able to remove the components from the window jamb without them. See the video below that illustrates the alternative 'cut-out' method.
