A second size, 17" double hung window balancer with the code 1610Z. I cannot find it on your website. Can you please tell me how to get the part?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I think we can help with both size balances, but it's tough to say exactly what you have when the nylon fittings are so damaged. We depend on those to narrow down the list of possibilities. Would you have a version of each size that still has those top and bottom fittings in one piece?
Can you also verify the width and thickness of the metal channel in each case?
Hopefully that information will help me find you a good match.
