This balance is similar to our S395-25. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up to what you have now, then this should be the right part for your window. Let me know what you think or if this balance differs from yours in any way.

the top of the old do not have the "wings" on them as the 19-005 do.????

Oh, I see. I thought I saw wings on yours, but it just must be a trick of the light. My apologies! In that case, see our S390-25. This has a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom.

Make sure to measure the depth of your bottom nylon fitting just to be 100% sure that the 15-001 is the right size. If your measurements differ in any way, let me know and we can try to find something better.
