Double hung window balancers

I want to change the balancers cannot find any markings to identify I have weighed the windows and measured the balancer by the sleeve cover length 3/8 by 29 and 1/2 I do have several others sizes and lengths and wait

Hello there!
This looks like a tilt window. If the outer tube diameter is 3/8" then I recommend the Series 900. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
