Double hung window channel

Question

It's a non tilt window. I think it's either S351 or 390 but not entirely sure. And since it measure 27.5 is that 28 since stamp is 27405. Help me pick.

I agree, you have either our Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. We cannot garner precise size based on a photo of a tape measure, so you need to measure it as carefully as you can and then write out what you get in your response.

The length of 27-1/2" indicates that this has to be a custom order. With that in mind, I also need you to tell me how many you wanted to buy. Once I have the Series and count, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
