Double hung window coil balance

Hi,

I have a broken double-coil balance. Theonly marking on it is a C stamped on the coil. The window sash weighs about 16 lbs. Would any of your parts match this?

Weighed the sash again and it weighs exactly 17 lbs. Both springs in the photo are stamped with a C. Could this be an indication that they used lower spec coils when installing this?

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-175 pivot shoe that works with our with series 152 coil springs. If your sash is 17 pounds, you could use an S152-9 on each side of the window. If you need replacement tilt latches as well, you could either remove an undamaged latch to show us or view our video below for installing surface-mounted latches. Thank you!
