Double-hung window coil balance broken shoes

Question

I have s D-H window with all four window supports having broken shoes. Looks like age fatique. They broke when the windows were tilted inward activating the cam lock. I do not see replacement parts on the web site but part 15-180 has the same dimensions except the height is 1.5" instead of 2". I appreciate any parts help you can provide. I have shown two broken shoes and one coil system. Steve

Take a look at our 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Look them over and see how the specifications compare to your hardware. Thanks for posting!
