Double hung window doesn't close

Need help to close my double hung window - I need to ensure I order the right parts, on the balance it says 26b 1" balance shoe

See our S795-26 Channel Balance, along with the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe sold separately. One issue here is that your balance has a hook on top to connect to the window jamb, whereas our stock version of these balances use a screw clip instead. Can you show me the hole in the wall where that hook attaches to? The shape of that hole will tell us the best course of action for you. Many thanks.
