Double hung window, identify replacement balance coil part

For a Mi Window. One of the balance coil snapped in half, looking for a replacement. Looks like a single coil, stamped "M 8" on the plastic assembly, and the metal coil is stamped "8 A N". Think I'll need the plastic non-moving anchor as well as the moving plastic assembly with coil.

We can assist with a replacement balance assembly, but to confirm the best fit, are you able to confirm the width and thickness of the pivot shoe?
