Double hung window lock

Question

I am looking for a double hung window lock that also acts as a finger lift. The keeper screws down on the stool. The finger lift spring latch screws to the face of the bottom rail

I've heard of sweep lock/lift handle combinations on double hung windows before. Can I see your particular set-up? We may have some options for you if you can send us a photo.
