Double hung window part

A home owner from Rehoboth, MA says:
This part broke when tilting bottom window in to clean. It sounded like a spring let go and this part was left broken in the track. A top part broke off this piece but I can't find that. Window is closed now but can't be left open or tilted. Can you tell me what part I need. Window is 14 years old and has no markings as to what kindof window it is.

This part is called a T-lock pivot shoe. Yours in particular resembles our 15-195B, but look it over and see if you agree.
