Double hung window parts needed

I have attached 3 pics of my window block and tackle tilt assembly. The assembly is in great shape with the exception of the plastic piece on the end that rides in the window tract and allows the window to tilt. This unit is 32 inches in length.

The plastic piece you need is known as a shoe, specifically a T-lock shoe. Unfortunately, yours is not made anymore. Our 15-194 and 15-195 are close, but they will not fit in your metal channel due to the deep metal groove I see. You will need an all new balance custom made for you.
Before we begin, I will need you to confirm a few things. Is your shoe 1" wide or 1-1/4" wide? What is the stamp printed on your metal channel? Finally, how many of these did you need?

I will get you the measurements for the shoe on Monday. Right now I need 2 whole assemblies for 1 window. The number stamped on the assembly is 32 C. Thats the only number on the block and tackle.

Tom here are a couple more pic of the t-lock shoes i have. The 15-195 is the same shape but is 1/4 inch wider.
