Double hung window pivot

I believe that the 26-150 may be a newer version of the nylon pivot shown in your first photo but I'm not sure why the other side appears to use a different version. It's possible that one side may have been replaced at some point in the past. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your part to confirm if these could work for your application. Note that this part is only available in metal but it should hold up better over time. Thank you!
