Double hung window pivot bar

Double hung window can't hold in place. Found pivot bar missing in one side, broken in the other side.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we haven't come across that particular pivot bar in the past. If you could remove an undamaged pivot bar from one of your windows to show us, as well as include written-out dimensions, we can go from there. Thank you!
